I'm looking forward to Thanksgiving. I'm out this year -- sometimes I've worked through it and have also taken it off to cook a roast and have a quiet day at home. I couldn't resist doing something a bit different this year. :) I've never actually cooked or fried a whole turkey!!! -- I just get the "ready meal" ones from M&S as they are more than large enough for the two of us. We got married in the states at the end of July and then we had a party back here in the UK two days after Thanksgiving Day three years ago so that friends and family here (who could not make the states trip) could celebrate with us.
