This looks absolutely yummy, it basically has all the food I love. Beef Carpaccio is an absolute favourite matched with peppery rocket. Scallops are also a delight if cooked well. I have however had some awful ones which were like rubber. I have walked passed this and often envied those sitting out in the sunshine with a chilled glass of wine. Lucy x
