Well, it was a nice job because reindeers are very calm and well behaved so... :) I feed them, gave them water and also cleaned. We had six reindeers: this two from Covent Garden, three babies: Pudding, Stocking and Pizza and also the big Ben who is the biggest male with big antlers :) They are very shy and they don't like to be touched (but if you have food they can let you touch :D ) especially they don't like when someone touching antlers because they are very sensitive (and people always want to touch them so the most repeat phrase on Covent Garden was "Please don't touch antlers" :)) The funny things about them is that they make "click". They have special hooves who makes a sound "click, click" when they walking (in wild they can hear each other because of that :) )
Maybe in next year I will be again in Covent Garden with reindeers, who knows :)

Hello! Thank you for reading! Well done with the reindeer! I truly have been waiting years for the experience. I'd love to hear more about your experience working with the reindeer. I'm so jealous you get to work so closely with Santa's team ;-)

Those reindeer will certainly be quite busy in a few days. All that food will probably provide enough energy to pull a sleigh filled with goodies for all the good folks around the world. I am sure you and Mr. Sunny are on the good list!!
Love and Happy Holliday to you both,
Patty and Mr. Patty

I love the lego reindeer! I did get quite close to some real life reindeer outside Bodo's Schloss in Kensington, they are beautiful creatures - as you said, they are hard to photograph!

Sunny it is great that you finally got to see them. I must admit that here in the north of England there tend to be quite a few reindeer on display for you to see. My wife keeps disappearing off to see them whilst I'm at work! - Bah humbug.

I must admit that I do love the lego version too, it looks superb.

Better to see the reindeer whilst you can folks, they've got a busy week ahead. Then they'll be exhausted.

Little wonder they are loving being fed all that food in the pictures.
