Previously I was at The Restaurant Show at Olympia London on 3rd October. The session included a panel focusing on the topic ‘TikTok: Connecting with Your Customers’. As a panel expert, I highlighted the opportunities that social media offers restaurants and pubs with a particular focus on TikTok.

Rather than speak to students about social media safety, I have a different spin and work with teenagers on how to develop their own profitable online brand- ethically.
Everyone tells teens what not to do on social media and the internet. But who is showing them what they need to do? My workshops and speaking engagements teach students how to capitalise on their entrepreneurial spirit and to market their skills digitally.
After spending seven years as a high school principal in New York, I know what it takes to lead students and a school to success. When I moved to London in 2013, I combined this knowledge with experience in media and publicity to create ‘Sunny in London.’ This brand, website and now business has over 70,000 followers.
